Representative Tuck moved that the House adopt the Conference                                                                   
Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus                                                                   
adopting the following:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71                                                                                        
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; making capital appropriations and supplemental                                                                    
     appropriations; and providing for an effective date."                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the report?" The roll was
